  Getting your technical questions and service related issues addressed in a timely manner is important to us. With that in mind, here are some of the ways that you can contact our service department.

For service related questions regarding any of Bruno's stairlifts, please call 1300 728 049 or email our service department at service@ailagroup.com.

Please have your model/part number, serial number (if applicable) and date of purchase available when contacting the service department. If you are using email, please include the previous items along with a detailed explanation of your question or problem.
